VISION BRIEF & BUDGETING

If you are happy to proceed

• The architect will visit your property and survey all the required measurements for us to complete accurate drawings.
• The RIBA-approved architect will then produce schematic drawings for your approval and discuss any changes that you would like.
• We will submit the planning application on your behalf and negotiate with the local planning office.
• We offer a 3D design and interior design service to help visualize your end project.

DESIGN & PLANNING

• Once the construction drawings are approved by building control, you will be ready to set out with the construction process.
• One of our fully qualified structural engineer’s partners will produce structural drawings.
• We assist with party wall agreements.

BUILD

• Once you have accepted the quote, you are ready to have your build started.
• You will be assigned a personal project manager.
• From the start we will keep you in the loop on the project updates.
• Once your project is finished, our specialist will carry out the revision to make sure your build is perfect.
